The deal went something like this: we pay for the kids year-long Disney passes and my parents will take the kids to Disney one a month for 10 months (summer dates are blacked out). That equates to TEN kid-free weekends for us. What a nice ROI. :)
Wait in line for 6 hours and you MIGHT get to fight Darth Vader.
