'Tis the Season for the annual Winter Festival and parade downtown. We always enjoy this evening in early December particularly because the Tilden's have made a tradition out of coming to Tally for the night and getting a room downtown overlooking all the festivities. A fabulous time with old friends and a great way to start the Christmas season!
