Well, in keeping with the tradition of a rough start to the new year for the Allison/Coddington families, we arrived at Nana's house on New Year's Eve while they were out of town only to be greeted by water seeping out the front door! Wait, WATER????? Yes, they had sprung a leak in a hallway bathroom and water had spread throughout the house by the time we arrived. Jay was able to stop the leak and we waited there for them to arrive. Fortunately, there was minimal damage overall as far as their personal belongings were concerned.
Renting, not owning = not our problem!

Back at the house for a safe, low-key, happy NYE.
He almost made it. Maybe next year.
