Jay's old iPhone treasures 2009-2010

The following photos were recovered from Jay's iPhone and dumped into a folder that I happened to stumble across today.

Jay likes to go eat lunch at school with his boys and then texts me a picture of all the fun they're having. Logan is in Kindergarten in this one.
Kindergarten buddies eating lunch.
Lunch at Costco. Eating again. Do you see an emerging theme here?
Oh, poor Keegan and his glued up chin! This photo breaks my heart! I loved this urgent care doc though. He was also the one who finally diagnosed my pneumonia and treated Keegan's crazy ear MRSA-thing.
Mini-golfing with a paci.
The funniest thing about this picture is that I have almost the exact same one...but in it I'm holding onto Gavin in the seat in front of me. They enjoyed their first Space Mountain experience, but said maybe they wouldn't be going on it again any time soon. I had no idea that we would feel the need to hold them in like that! I think the parents were more terrified than the children!
When you wish upon a star,
your dreams come true.
Back the Nick Hotel. Logan opted to stay here and swim rather than brave the crowds at EPCOT. He loves swimming and loves the Nickelodeon hotel every more. Unfortunately, it was rainy and unseasonably cold. His lips were blue and trembling, but he wouldn't give up!
The brand new Do Jang with it's first students.

Fun in our kiddie pool. This lasted a week or so before it became so moldy, slimy, and slippery that I had to break it down and throw it out. They were so disappointed, as you can imagine.
I'm not sure where this is, but it sure is cute!

Awwwwww!
Where did this little boy go?
I sure hope he's just showing Daddy his boo-boo!
Oh my goodness! I don't remember him taking this picture, but I remember this day all too well. This was taken at the Urgent Care where I was finally diagnosed with pneumonia. I felt HORRIBLE and looked even worse. I had been sick for about 10 days at the time, starting with H1N1 (just one of the joys I had the pleasure of bringing home from working in the public school system). Earlier in the day, Jay met me at the bank to sign some important paperwork. It was the first time I had left the house in over a week and I looked like this! I'm surprised they didn't think I was about to rob them! I felt so sick and awful while driving that I cried the whole way there. Afterwards, Jay took me to Urgent Care. This was probably the only time I've had someone accompany me to the doctor's office (unless it was to see an ultrasound of a new little bundle of joy). I was just so glad to have someone in their right mind to stay with me and take care of me. I have never been so sick and hope to never be that sick again.
Not a good day in the Allison house. Jay ended up back at Urgent Care with Keegan just a couple of hours later (he even saw the same doctor). This was the first we saw of the crazy MRSA ear thing that still occasionally rears it's ugly head.
More eating...
My daughter! Tee-hee!

Sweet Summertime: Part 1

This is a combination of pictures from my iPhone and camera. Look at how much fun we're having this summer!

Den friends at the tournament celebration.
Connor's birthday party. Keegan really enjoyed the water for the first time and I didn't even have to go in with him! I got to sit on the sidelines and chat with the other moms! This was the moment in which I realized that this summer would be awesome!
Happy Birthday, Connor!
Nana's school year ended a week or so before mine, so the kids got to hang out at her house (saving me a bundle in child care for the week). Keegan loves his Spidey tent!
Zoinks for Nana's birthday. Good choice!
Posey's Dockside in Panacea. One of the great things about living near the gulf is the deliciously fresh seafood! Jay and I have been toying with the idea of buying a beach house (or beach land) so while the kids were at a sleepover at Nana's, we took a trip down to the shore to check out some properties.
Our view from the backyard of a house we liked in Alligator Point. I wouldn't get too close to the water...the sand was covered with thousands of tiny crabs!
I love this tree...so warped and twisted from years of tropical storms.
The summer couldn't be ALL play. We had to do some work too. Here's Keegan at his annual physical.
And Mommy at her bi-annual eye doctor's appointment.
Another Zoinks trip. Gotta love Groupons!
Chatting with the ladies.
First day of summer trip to the movies with our summer playmates! The Meehan family is always up for a good time.
Keegan loves to ride in the driving cart at Publix. And he loves his Toby train.
