We're starting of the new year right with a little bit of child labor! The kids have morning and evening responsibilities that must be done each day such as picking up their toys and doing their homework (Keegan has his own chart with illustrations since he can't read just yet). These are thing they are expected to do just because they are members of our family. Additionally, they must pick 2 chores a day from the chore jar and complete the tasks inside. They might get lucky and pick a "freebie" though! It's their responsibility to fill out their "paycheck" each day and turn it in on Sunday to receive their commission. Oh, and don't leave a toy out or Mom will take it for ransom and you must do a chore to get it back! Truth is, they love it and so do we!
