So, he'll be embarrassed that I posted this, but this is a photo of Jay on his first morning of work as a CIO at DBPR. The boys were at Disney and weren't around to see him, so I took a picture because he's wearing his "lucky tie" that they gave him for Father's Day last year. The new job is going quite well and he seems much more relaxed when he comes home at night. It's also quite a bit closer to our house, which cuts down on his commute time and allows us to have dinner together as a family most nights of the week. We love you so much, Daddy!

Congratulations!!! What a wonderful promotion - more money, more time, less of a commute - what more could you ask for :)
